Products
Is every piece unique?
Yes. Every Nucleèa Atelier piece is handcrafted individually, making each object truly one of a kind. Variations in pigment movement, texture, patterns, transparency, edges, or small details are part of the artistic nature of the process.
Can handmade products contain small imperfections?
Yes. Small air bubbles, subtle surface variations, minor asymmetries, or natural irregularities may occur during the handmade resin process and are considered part of the individuality of the piece.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
We aim to represent products as accurately as possible. However, colors, transparency, metallic effects, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of each piece.
Are resin products heat resistant?
Products are designed primarily for decorative and light functional use. Resin surfaces should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames, boiling cookware, or prolonged high temperatures.
Are the products food safe?
Products are not intended for direct food preparation or cutting. We recommend using cups, glasses, plates, wrapping, or protective barriers when serving food.
Can resin products scratch?
Like many glossy decorative materials, resin surfaces may develop scratches over time if exposed to sharp objects, rough handling, or abrasive materials.
Can colors change over time?
Resin materials naturally age over many years. Slight changes in tone or transparency may occur over extended periods and are considered a natural characteristic of artistic resin materials.
Lamps
What type of bulb should I use?
Only LED bulbs with a maximum power of 6W should be used unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Are the lamps safe to use?
Yes. The lamps use certified electrical components compliant with applicable EU standards. Heat tests performed on the resin lamp shades confirmed that the shades do not reach temperatures causing softening, deformation, or harmful material behavior during intended use.
Do the lamp shades become hot?
Under normal use with the recommended LED bulbs, the lamp shades remain within safe operating temperature ranges and should not become dangerously hot.
Can I use different bulbs than recommended?
No. Using bulbs exceeding the recommended wattage or non-LED heat-generating bulbs may damage the product and create safety risks.
Can I use the lamps outdoors?
No. Nucleèa Atelier lamps are intended for indoor use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Can I modify the electrical components?
No. Electrical components should not be modified, disassembled, or altered outside of qualified servicing.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Processing times depend on product availability and production schedule. Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within a few business days, while made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.
Will my handmade piece differ slightly from product photos?
Yes. Due to the handmade artistic process, every piece is unique and may vary slightly from product photographs.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on destination country and product type.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?
Custom, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return according to applicable consumer regulations.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in production or shipped may no longer be cancellable.
Care Instructions
How should I clean resin products?
Use a soft damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleaners, acetone, alcohol-based chemicals, or rough sponges.
Can I place hot cups directly on resin surfaces?
We recommend using coasters or protective layers for hot objects.
Can resin products be placed in direct sunlight?
Prolonged direct UV exposure may accelerate natural aging of resin materials over time.
Can resin products be used in dishwashers or microwaves?
No. Resin products should never be placed in dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, or freezers.
