1. Shipping of Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, destination country, customs procedures, local delivery services, and circumstances outside our control.
We currently do not declare fixed delivery times, as shipping conditions may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Shipping costs are presented during checkout or agreed individually where applicable.
2. Worldwide Shipping
Nucleèa Atelier may offer worldwide shipping where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, customs clearance procedures, or additional charges required in the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border control, local postal services, or incorrect customer information.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Shipping time for custom, commissioned, personalized, or made-to-order products is agreed individually.
Production and dispatch times depend on the project scope, material availability, production schedule, curing time, and final quality checks.
Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return, unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Right of Withdrawal
For ready-to-ship products purchased online, consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@nucleeaatelier.com before the withdrawal period expires.
After submitting the withdrawal notice, the customer should return the product within the period required by applicable law.
Custom, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
5. Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, complete, undamaged, clean, and safely packed for return shipping.
All accessories, product cards, safety cards, packaging elements, and documentation included with the product should be returned where applicable.
Products showing signs of use, improper handling, damage, missing elements, contamination, or packaging insufficient for safe return transport may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless applicable law provides otherwise or the return is caused by our error.
The return address is provided individually by email after the return request is submitted.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer bears the cost and risk of return shipping until the product is safely delivered back to us.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
We are not responsible for products lost, damaged, or delayed during return transport arranged by the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels unless agreed in advance in writing.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is agreed or required by law.
We may reduce the refund if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing elements, improper handling, or loss of value beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
8. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the parcel carefully upon delivery.
If possible, open the parcel in the presence of the courier and report any visible damage immediately.
For parcel locker deliveries, please document any damage immediately after collection by taking clear photos of the external packaging, internal packaging, product, and shipping label.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@nucleeaatelier.com and include all relevant photos.
Failure to provide timely documentation may limit the ability to process transport-related claims.
9. Non-Collected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, the customer may be charged for return transport and any additional costs of reshipping.
Reshipping is possible only after the customer confirms the correct delivery details and covers any applicable additional shipping costs.
10. Complaints & Product Conformity
Consumers retain mandatory rights resulting from applicable Polish and European Union consumer protection laws.
If you believe that the product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, please contact hello@nucleeaatelier.com and include your order details, description of the issue, and clear photos.
We will review the complaint in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints caused by improper use, mechanical damage, unauthorized modification, failure to follow care or safety instructions, unsuitable bulbs, exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, or use inconsistent with the product’s purpose may be rejected where legally permitted.
11. Handmade Characteristics Not Considered Defects
Nucleèa Atelier products are handmade artistic objects. Certain features are natural characteristics of the material and process and are not considered defects.
These may include small air bubbles, minor surface irregularities, subtle scratches, pigment movement, slight colour differences compared to photos, differences caused by screen settings or lighting, small asymmetries, edge variations, and natural resin ageing.
Such characteristics do not constitute grounds for complaint if they result from the handmade nature of the product and do not affect its intended use.
12. Lamps — Use Affecting Returns or Complaints
Lamps must be used strictly in accordance with the included safety card, warning symbols, installation instructions, and full instructions available through the QR code provided with the product.
Only LED bulbs with a maximum power of 6W may be used unless the product instructions state otherwise.
Use of stronger bulbs, halogen bulbs, incandescent bulbs, heat-generating light sources, modified electrical components, or use inconsistent with instructions may void complaint claims related to resulting damage where legally permitted.
Electrical components must not be modified, disassembled, replaced, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
Lamp installation, where applicable, should be carried out by a person with appropriate electrical qualifications.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, modification, unsuitable bulbs, overheating, moisture exposure, outdoor use, covering the lamp, or failure to follow instructions is not considered a product defect.
